The mobile service charge is in addition to the hourly rate to cover time and expenses associated with travel.

The inspection takes 2 hours to complete. The report takes an additional hour.
PAYMENT TERMS
The balance is due when service is rendered.
Cash is appreciated, however we also accept Venmo. Credit cards, or debit cards with the Visa or Mastercard logo, Apple pay are accepted but carry a 3% transaction fee.
